BOOKING CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR OCEAN VIEW ESCAPE

ARRIVAL is from 4.00pm                DEPARTURE is strictly by 11.00am 
Tentative Bookings can be held for ONE WEEK, after which a 50% DEPOSIT is required to confirm your reservation.
The balance is required 14 days prior to ARRIVAL.
**A Minimum Booking of ONE WEEK applies to CHRISTMAS/JANUARY School Holidays. Payment in Full is required 30 DAYS prior to these bookings & prior to Public Holiday LONG WEEKENDS.
A valid Credit Card is required at time of booking. If a Credit Card is not available then a Bond is required.
As with standard Hotel/Motel practice we reserve the right to levy a Fee up to the equivalent of our maximum nightly rate, for accommodation left in an abnormally messy and/or dirty state, late departures or damage to property. This includes leaving unwashed dishes both on the sink and in the dishwasher. 
OCEAN VILLA IS STRICTLY NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION.
Sorry Strictly NO PETS.
A fee of up to $250 applies to smoking inside. This charge covers the costs associated with removing cigarette smoke from soft furnishings, carpets, bedding etc.
All additional fees will be charged to guests’ Credit Card facilities or deducted from the Bond upon their departure of the property.
A $50 Cancellation/Administration Fee applies to ALL cancelled bookings.
STANDARD INDUSTRY CANCELLATION FEES APPLY TO ALL BOOKINGS
21-60 DAYS PRIOR TO BOOKING DATE - 50% OF DEPOSIT. 
UP TO 21 DAYS PRIOR TO BOOKING DATE - 100% OF DEPOSIT. 
WITHIN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AND THEREAFTER -100% OF TOTAL PRICE.  
A CANCELLATION FEE OF 100% of TOTAL PRICE APPLIES 30 DAYS PRIOR TO CHRISTMAS/JANUARY SCHOOL HOLIDAYS & TO PUBLIC HOLIDAY WEEKENDS INCLUDING EASTER.
These Fees will not apply if accommodation is re-booked to another party. 
Please note that Travel Insurance is recommended, particularly for Weekly bookings.
